    I went to the store because a battery I had purchased last year was not working. Although I did not have the receipt, Shelly was awesome and was able to find my receipt in the system, test the battery for a defect and give me a brand new batter for my winter ride with a warranty. She was most helpful and understanding with my frustration. Thank you Shelly for your excellent customer service , cheeriness and helpfulness. The staff here are wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful.
