  Went to knight Dodge and had them program a key for my mini van as no where else could. I had an extra ignition and chip key and told them if it doesn't work just to put the old ignition lock cylinder in that matches the door key and cut the new 70$ chip key. Not only did they do the complete opposite they bought a new ignition lock cylinder and tried to lie about how they have to drill out the old cylinder to remove it, which is false they had both keys for both cylinders, you turn the key and push a tab in with a screw driver and they pop out. After a month of phoning them and trying to get a new ignition switch for the car I took it out of, because they damaged it and threw it away. They stopped getting ahold of me and made excuses every time I phoned back to see where we were at. I WILL NEVER TAKE A VEHICLE THERE OR PURCHASE ONE IN THE FUTURE. I'm sure I'm not the first dissatisfied customer and I probably won't be the last!

  I had a great buying experience at knight dodge. Taylor Raffard was really good to deal with, no nonsense and straight forward. Between Taylor and the rest of the staff I dealt with I have nothing but good things to say. I highly recommend this dealer.

  Just purchased a used vehicle from Knight. The entire transaction was made without seeing or test driving the vehicle. John was fantastic to deal with in the process and the truck was beyond expectation! I'll definitely be a return customer and I highly recommend Knight.

  We love the used car we bought from Knight Weyburn Chrysler, everyone was wonderful to deal with there, very friendly and personable. We were very impressed with our salesman Taylor Raffard, he was really great to work with, we were only looking when we drove on the lot, but he found us exactly what we were looking for at the time and gave us so much information about all the details of the car.   I made a 4hr drive down to visit the dealership after finding a truck I liked on their website. They offered me a very fair trade value, and Taylor Rafford made the process very simple and quick. The way buying a vehicle should be. Highly recommended ! Worth the drive !
